Weekend trips require a $100 deposit. The balance must be paid by check or money order when you check-in

Before asking if there is room on a trip, send your Reservation & Deposit! The sooner we receive it, the better your chances of getting on. We often receive cancellations and transfers, so spots do open up

Please submit your Trip Reservation & Deposit by completing the On-Line Form below and making a secure PayPal payment OR by mailing a check or money order along with a completed Reservation Form ( PDF ) (one form with Deposit, per person)

Because we accept deposits by Mail and On-Line, each Reservation must be reviewed before we can confirm that you (and any companions) are registered on a trip.

If a trip is full, we will notify you immediately, and add you to the wait list. If you can't be placed on the trip, your Deposit (in full) can be returned to you by check, or it can be applied to another trip

Cancelation Policy:

Once you are registered on a trip any cancellation or transfer will cause a $20 deduction from your Deposit IF your notification is received by phone or email no less than ten (10) days prior to the trip departure. After that time, your Deposit is forfeited and you are responsible for the entire trip cost unless we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list.

If you fail to arrive for check-in and miss the bus, you are still responsible for the entire cost of the trip.

If the trip is cancelled at the discretion of the Club (due to poor ski conditions or safety concerns) your full Deposit will be refunded or, if you choose, transferred to another trip.
