- Mail (or bring) this completed form (ONE per person) with check or money order payable to: The Ski &
Snowboard Club of New York, 891 Amsterdam Ave., NY, NY 10025 (Amsterdam Ave @ 103 St, Room 002). Any balance must be
paid by check or money order when you check-in for the trip. We do not accept credit cards at any time.
- After we receive this form and payment, you will be notified if you are registered on the trip(s) you've checked, or if
you are to be added to a waiting list. If you are wait-listed, you can choose at any time to transfer your payment to
another trip or ask for a full refund. Spots do become available, even a day or two before the trip, so be patient.
- For registered participants, payments are
refundable or transferable, minus a $20 fee, if notice is received at least ten (10) days prior to departure. After
that time, payments will be refunded or transferred ONLY if we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list.
- To cancel or transfer, leave a message at 212-932-2300 x116. A volunteer will call you back to confirm your change.
We will not accept any cancellations or transfers via email - you must call us to cancel or transfer.
Deposits will be forfeit, and the balance of the trip cost will still be due, should you fail to arrive in time for our
scheduled departure and miss the trip.
- If in the judgment of the club snow
conditions are not suitable for skiing, you will be notified that the trip is canceled and all payments will be
fully refunded or transferred.
